The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, preparing reports and presentations, and assisting with various administrative tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be proactive in anticipating needs, and have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

What will you do?

  • Manage CEO' calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring all parties are well-informed and prepared.
  • Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, while considering cost-effectiveness and time efficiency.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Conduct research and compile information for various projects and presentations.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and work is completed accurately.
  • Assist with the preparation of meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute relevant materials.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Professional demeanor and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
