ITJ is seeking an experienced Automation Tester with a strong background in Python to join our dynamic software development team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing automated test cases for our cutting-edge software applications, using your expertise in Python programming to help ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards.

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python and industry-standard testing tools and frameworks
• Work closely with software developers and other stakeholders to ensure that testing requirements are clearly understood and incorporated into the development process
• Develop and execute manual test cases as needed
• Participate in design and code reviews to ensure that testing requirements are being met
• Collaborate with the wider QA team to continuously improve testing processes and practices
• Analyze test results and provide feedback to development teams
• Document defects and issues found during testing, and track them to resolution
• Continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process through innovation and automation

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 2/+3 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation testing using Python
• Good programming skills in Python and experience with related frameworks such as PyTest or Robot Framework
• Experience with test automation tools (UI Test experience)
• Experience with test management tools such as JIRA or Quality Center
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
