Provide technical assistance to our staff, including ensuring optimal use of our hardware and software technologies, network maintenance and security, enhancing system performance, and securing data. You will also be required to advise on IT equipment upgrades and manage our current hardware inventory. Additionally, this role will oversee resource management of cloud-based systems and services for one or multiple teams developing software products. The ideal candidate must be able to monitor, establish controls, and correct network security issues as well as misuse or excessive costs of cloud-based resources.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
Experience
- Prior experience as an IT Support
- Experience with both Apple and Windows operating systems is a must
- Software industry experience is a plus
- Basic understanding of agile is nice to have
- Management background desired but not required

- Network Administration Certifications is a plus (CCNA, CCNE, etc.)
