The Software Engineering team collectively ensures the seamless development, integration, and deployment of a scalable, secure, and high-performing the application that supports patient experience - driving innovation, enhancing system interoperability, and optimizing development workflows.

The UI Front-End Developer will support multiple applications, ensuring a robust and scalable software platform that supports clinical and operational needs.

• Develop, test, and maintain web and mobile applications.
• Implement responsive and adaptive UI/UX experiences.
• Ensure performance optimization and security compliance in mobile applications.
• Build modern, responsive, and accessible front-end interfaces using frameworks such as React and React Native.
• Ensure consistency with design systems and branding guidelines.
• Optimize application performance and maintain usability best practices.
• Best practices in user experience design (e.g., human-centered design)

• 3 to 5 years of experience for a Mid-level position is required
• Strong experience working with React and React Native
• Strong understanding of web Fundamentals ( HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript )
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux)
• Experience consuming REST & GraphQL APIs
• Experience with modern build tools (Git, Yarn, NPM)
• Experience testing websites and software on a variety of platforms, including iOS and Android mobile devices
• Experience using Linux-based command-line tools. 
• Experience with Node.js, Lerna
• Experience with hybrid mobile development (Capacitor.js)
• Implementing and maintaining integrations with FHIR, HL7... -> Implementing FHIR API integrations is a Plus
