The Talent Branding Specialist focuses on building ITJ’s employer brand and strengthening the company’s reputation as a top destination for exceptional talent. This role combines creativity, strategic planning, and data-driven decision-making to develop impactful content and campaigns that resonate with target audiences. The position is integral to promoting ITJ’s culture, values, and talent development initiatives, such as ITJ’s talent development platform.

What will you do?

  • Develop and execute integrated employer branding campaigns to attract top talent.
  • Create and manage content for social media, blogs, and email marketing, targeting potential talent.
  • Schedule, and publish engaging content for social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Promote training events, bootcamps, and other initiatives through ITJ’s Talent Development Platform.
  • Manage paid and organic advertising campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn to enhance brand visibility and attract new users.
  • Optimize Talent Development Platform content for SEO to improve rankings.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to management.
  • Collaborate with HR, Operations, Engineering, and Marketing teams to align employer branding with strategic goals.
  • Support creative marketing materials, including video and graphics, to showcase ITJ’s culture and values.
  • Conduct market research to understand talent preferences and industry trends.
  • Plan and support recruiting and training events to ensure positive participant experiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in talent branding, content marketing, or campaign management.
  • Proficiency with Meta and LinkedIn ad campaign management.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Experience with SEO optimization and campaign performance tracking.
