ITJ's Referral Program Terms and Conditions

ITJ is always looking for good people, and you can help. Research has shown, and our own experience supports, that new hires who come into a company through employee referrals are excellent contributors, stay with the company longer and are more cost-effective recruits.

That is where you come in! If you know someone who would be a good addition to ITJ, you may be awarded a referral bonus / reward if you refer a candidate, he or she is hired and met some further conditions explained in this document.

Program Rules

  1. All ITJ employees and visitors, except those at vice president level and above, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition personnel, and Managers with hiring authority over the referred candidates, are eligible for the referral bonus.
    The hiring process of a referred employee must occur within 180 days (six months) of the initial referral date; if not, the referral process will be dismissed automatically.
  2. The first person to refer a candidate will be eligible for rewarding if further conditions are met.
  3. Only candidates who meet the essential qualifications for the position will be considered and evaluated for employment consistent with company policies and procedures.
  4. All information regarding the hiring decision will remain strictly confidential.
  5. The referred candidate must be employed by ITJ during the hired candidate's first 90 days of employment (3 months wait) to receive the bonus / reward of the referral process.
  6. All referral bonus / rewards payments will be paid within 90 days after the referred employee's first day of employment at ITJ.

Rewards are subject to verification. ITJ may delay or detain a reward for purposes of investigation. ITJ may refuse to verify and process any referral, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, suspicious, in violation of these Terms and Conditions or might impose potential liability on ITJ or partners.

Rewards are not transferable and may not be auctioned, traded, bartered or sold.

ITJ may prohibit anyone from participating in the Referral Program or receiving a reward if its determined such Referrer is attempting to undermine the fairness, integrity or legitimate operation of the Referral Program in any way by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair practices.

ITJ will not be obligated to interview, engage in employment discussions or offer employment to any individual; all interviewing, employment and hiring decisions (and the timing thereof) will be at ITJ's sole discretion.

Participation in the Program

Participation in the Referral Program is open to all the individuals that met these terms and conditions.

This Referral Program is not open to staffing agencies or individuals acting on behalf of any staffing agency.

You may not authorize others to provide referrals on your behalf or contract out your participation to anyone.

By participating in the Referral Program, you represent to ITJ that you are not subject to any contract, legal duties or other obligations that prohibit or restrict you from referring individuals for employment.

Eligible Referrals

In connection with the Program, you may only contact individuals eligible for referrals about potential employment at ITJ. An eligible referral is an individual who:

  • Is not you
  • Is personally known to you
  • You believe meets all qualification or position requirements detailed in the relevant job posting(s) or role(s)
  • Is not a current employee, or contractor of an ITJ client

What will be the reward?

ITJ will give the Referrer a cash bonus of gift card. The Referrer will only receive one reward in the form and amount here specified per qualifying Referee.

Rewards may be deemed in a gift card or cash bonus, which might be subject to the issuer's terms and conditions.

What about Privacy?

Referrers in order to participate in this program, must necessarily submit personal information about themselves and their Referees, such as name, e-mail address information, contact number, resume so that ITJ can send communications to the Referees.

Referrers by submitting the information of the Referees hereby state that they have permission to submit their information.

The personal information will be used to send the Referees additional follow-up communications in order to start and keep track of a possible hiring process, in accordance with applicable legislation. Referrers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
