We are seeking an experienced and strategic IT Director to lead and manage our organization’s technology operations. This individual will play a critical role in shaping our IT strategy and ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of our technology infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT infrastructure management, cybersecurity, budget planning, system migrations, and team leadership. You will be responsible for aligning IT initiatives with business goals while maintaining a secure, innovative, and high-performing technology environment.

• Develop and execute a long-term IT roadmap aligned with business objectives. Lead strategic initiatives such as digital transformation, cloud adoption, and infrastructure modernization.
• Set strategy and lead development and delivery of best-in-class solutions and services to our clients, addressing growth opportunities and investments needed.
• Partner with executives throughout the company to support and strengthen enterprise strategic planning, investment, and decision-making tied to digital business. 
• Provide oversight of technology-related business development and proposal efforts.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and perspectives, perceptions of ITJ, and ways to improve our technology.
• Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, including networks, servers, storage, and cloud infrastructure, to ensure uptime, performance, and scalability.
• Foster a high-performing culture. 
• Lead the development and enforcement of information security policies, incident response strategies, and data protection measures to ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practices.
• Ensure we have the capabilities needed now and for the future through training, mentoring, coaching, and professional development initiatives.
• Lead change initiatives and drive adoption of new approaches that improve our ability to meet existing and emerging client needs.
• Maintenance, implementation, and support of corporate tools such as SAP, Salesforce, Workday, etc.
• Lead and coordinate complex IT projects such as system upgrades, data center migrations, ERP implementations, and technology integrations across departments.
• Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI. Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and service-level agreements.
• Work closely with cross-functional leaders to understand technology needs, troubleshoot challenges, and deliver effective IT solutions.
• Available to travel as required for business and client needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 15+ years of work experience in related fields, with increasing responsibilities for managing relevant technology solutions and establishing a strategic vision in support of corporate vision.
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure and systems management, network and cybersecurity strategy, budget planning and financial oversight, and leading large-scale IT projects and migrations.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Demonstrated ability to build and nurture high-performing teams through strategic hiring, mentoring, coaching, and continuous professional development, ensuring the team’s skills evolve with emerging technologies and business needs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Transform the technology and delivery infrastructure to produce a future state platform to power new business capabilities with a focus on time to market, operational excellence, performance, resiliency, and security.
• Strategic and innovative leader with demonstrated ability to lead transformational change across organizational units and to manage with a collaborative, team-building approach.
