• Collaborate on technical, cross-functional projects within the SW R&D
• Utilize project management best practices and tools to coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information
• Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures
• Lead and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to team members
• Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings
• Prepare and compile necessary presentation materials
• Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings
• Coordinate with core team leadership and project management to ensure project deadlines are met
• Undertake project tasks and provide administrative support as needed
• Assess and organize project risks/issues and associated potential impacts in conjunction with the project schedule and budget, providing solutions where applicable
• Ensure projects adhere to product development framework and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Track and maintain documentation and status of tasks for assigned projects and programs

• To be located in Tijuana - Baja California, for a hybrid work model
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• A self-starter, capable of taking initiative
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management
• Able to adapt to new software tools quickly
