We’re looking for a Software Engineer who focuses on improving software design, collaborating with their peers, and effectively communicates with other representatives of the business. 

The Engineer will create, test, and evaluate software applications and systems to make them function according to specific requirements. This person must be able to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to deliver software products to the business. 

This position requires hands-on experience on Java, along with frontend technologies like Angular (Typescript).

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences or related; or High School Degree/General Education Diploma
• 5 + Years of Experience for a Sr role.
• Experience with Java (version 8+), Spring Boot, strong Angular 10+ (Typescript) HTML 5, Vanilla CSS.
• Experience with event based microservices: Micro-Service Architecture.
• Experience in relational databases (PostgreSQL or others). 
• Overall strong experience on front end skills.
• For a Senior role, strong leadership skills are required.
• Experience with Git or Gitlab.
• Experience working with Agile teams. 
• Experience with AWS is a plus - AWS ECS for Backend, Micro frontends are SPA (single page application) deployed in AWS s3 bucket and served through CloudFront for Front end (Terraform).
• Experience with DevOps and Infrastructure, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).
• Experience with Ports and Adapters (Hexagonal) Architecture.
