The team is seeking a highly experienced, motivated, and team-oriented middle Quality Engineer focused on testing and automating end-to-end business processes for the Commercial organization. The candidate must have an exceptional understanding and experience with planning, writing, automating, and executing integration, functional and regression testing use cases.

• Conduct manual testing of software applications to identify and document defects.
• Design, develop, and execute test cases for new features to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Work as a liaison between offshore, nearshore, and onsite teams, where applicable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Perform API testing to validate data integrity, security, and functionality.
• Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
• Participate in agile development processes, providing valuable feedback to enhance product quality.
• Identify and report issues through the appropriate channels, including bug tracking systems.
• Work closely with developers to reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve reported issues.
• Regular interaction with onsite team over different communication channels including online meetings, chats, and emails.
• One-on-one interaction with onsite manager/POC to discuss status of ongoing tasks.
• Defining timelines/estimations for features, stories, and test suites from QE perspective.

MUST BE LOCATED IN TIJUANA, BAJA CALIFORNIA

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent or higher.
• Hands‑on experience testing enterprise web applications.
• Strong functional testing skills, including UI testing, API testing (e.g., Postman), and integration testing across multiple components.
• Understanding of role‑based access and the ability to validate multi‑step workflow scenarios.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical ability to identify and troubleshoot issues across interconnected systems.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑moving environment.
