About the job

We’re looking for a Microsoft 365 Administrator with 3-4 years of hands-on experience managing and supporting Microsoft 365 environments. The ideal candidate will have some expertise in Microsoft cloud services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Active Directory. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the performance, security, and reliability of MS 365. 

What will you do?

  • Own, administer, and manage Microsoft 365 services: SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, OneDrive, etc. 
  • Active directory administration, SailPoint - IAM plus. 
  • Manage user access, licenses, permissions, and security configurations
  • Provide status updates and closure notes to end users
  • Manage MS 365 support calls with Microsoft as needed
  • Managing administrative SharePoint and Teams tasks such as creating sites and granting access.
  • Providing users support to SharePoint and Teams regarding access issues.
  • Monitor health and performance using Microsoft 365 Admin Center and PowerShell
  • Provide Tier 1-2 support for Microsoft 365 issues and service requests
  • Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell
  • Stay informed on Microsoft roadmap changes and drive feature adoption
  • Alert the IT team when outages affect the tenant
  • Develop user training and maintain documentation
  • Lead the research, evaluation, and deployment of new productivity and collaboration tools
  • Act as a liaison between end users, vendors, and internal teams as needed
  • Engage regularly with client stakeholders 
  • Perform routine maintenance and support in hybrid and cloud-based Microsoft environments

Qualifications

  • 3 to 4 years of IT experience in MS 365 administration.
  • Proven experience managing Microsoft 365 core services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
  • Understanding of Active Directory and cloud identity management
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Advanced English Level
  • High level of self-motivation, energy, and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical client stakeholders
  • Microsoft 365 administrator certifications
  • Experience in a managed services or client-facing support environment
  • Familiarity with hybrid Microsoft environments and directory sync
  • Previous exposure to IT project planning and coordination across teams
  • Experience supporting post-acquisition IT integrations, including Active Directory account migrations, Microsoft 365 tenant consolidation, user provisioning, identity management, and enterprise collaboration tool transitions.
