The Middle Identity Operations Analyst will support the daily operations of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) program, ensuring the right users have the right access at the right time. This role will focus on managing user access provisioning and deprovisioning, maintaining accurate role assignments, and supporting automation and workflow processes within SailPoint and ServiceNow.

This is a mid-level role, ideal for someone with a foundational understanding of identity management concepts and a desire to grow within the cybersecurity and GRC domains.

What will you do?

Identity Operations & Access Management

  • Process user access requests, approvals, and changes in line with IAM policies and standards.
  • Assign and modify user roles and group memberships based on job function, business requirements, and least-privilege principles.
  • Support account provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews for enterprise systems and applications.

SailPoint Administration

  • Execute routine updates, configurations, and access control changes within SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow.
  • Assist in the maintenance of identity lifecycle automation, entitlement catalog updates, and access certification campaigns.
  • Help identify and troubleshoot access-related issues, escalating complex problems to senior IAM engineers as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing improvements to SailPoint workflows, rules, and policies.

ServiceNow & Workflow Management

  • Manage and fulfill IAM-related requests via ServiceNow, ensuring service-level targets are met.
  • Help maintain accurate ServiceNow request templates, routing rules, and documentation for IAM processes.
  • Partner with IT service teams to streamline user access provisioning workflows and improve efficiency.

IAM Program Support

  • Support identity governance activities such as periodic access reviews, segregation-of-duties checks, and role clean-up efforts.
  • Document procedures, maintain operational runbooks, and contribute to process standardization.
  • Provide Tier 1–2 operational support for identity-related incidents and tickets.

Qualifications

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), IT Security Operations, or IT Support with a strong focus on access management.
  • Experience working with ticketing systems (preferably ServiceNow)
  • Experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint ( IdentityNow - MUST) 
  • Hands-on experience with scripting or coding (no specific language required), with the ability to support automation of IAM processes and workflows (e.g., provisioning, role assignments, or integrations within SailPoint).
  • Experience documenting processes, procedures, and runbooks to support standardization and operational efficiency.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) to collaborate with global teams and stakeholders.
