About the job

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Marketer with a focus on digital advertising (specifically: LinkedIn, Meta, SEM, Email) and community management across platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in community management, along with 3-5 years of experience in digital advertising. 

What will you do?

  • Develop and execute high-impact, integrated digital advertising campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta platforms.
  • Collaborate with management to define KPIs, create reporting and continuously analyze campaign performance for improvement recommendations.
  • Research talent markets to identify relevant audiences and assist in recruiting events.
  • Manage email marketing programs, including segmentation, testing, deployment, and ongoing evaluation for enhancements.
  • Proactively research and implement the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards in digital marketing.
  • Develop and execute integrated, scalable communications strategies and campaigns.
  • Lead the implementation of paid and organic advertising on social media and other distribution channels.
  • Develop nurturing campaigns and workflows using Hubspot Marketing for Talent Branding and Commercial.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field appreciated.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in digital advertising.
  • 3+ years of experience in community management.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Well-organized with excellent multitasking abilities.
  • Results-driven with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Growth mindset, curiosity about productivity tools and process automation.
  • Self-motivated, solutions-minded, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Strong reporting capabilities, tracking campaign performance and associated spend with attention to details.
  • Knowledge of database management concepts and best practices.
  • Strong independent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks under minimal supervision.
