The IT Support Specialist develops automation scripts (primarily in Python), manages JSON configurations, creates technical documentation, and troubleshoots systems across Unix environments, CRMs, and cloud platforms. The position requires collaboration using agile and Kanban practices, strong problem-solving skills, and effective communication in a remote, cross-functional team dedicated to impactful healthcare technology.

What will you do?

  • Develop and maintain scripts for automation and data handling using Python and other scripting languages.
  • Manage and manipulate JSON files for configuration.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation using Markdown and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Utilize regular expressions for data parsing and validation tasks.
  • Operate within Unix-based environments and use terminal commands for
  • system management.
  • Support and troubleshoot issues within CRMs like Oracle and platforms such as Google Cloud and Google Play Console.
  • Use tools like Visual Studio Code and Postman for development and API
  • testing.
  • Collaborate using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and IM platforms (Slack, MS Teams).
  • Participate in Kanban-based workflows to manage tasks and priorities.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to resolve
  • issues and deliver solutions.
  • Demonstrate accountability and time management in a remote work setting.

Qualifications

  • General scripting or coding experience, with basic proficiency in Python.
  • Familiarity with JSON file structures and manipulation.
  • Experience using Markdown for documentation.
  • Understanding of regular expressions and their application.
  • Proficiency in using terminals and Unix-based systems.
  • Hands-on experience with CRMs (e.g., Oracle) and cloud platforms (Google
  • Cloud, Google Play Console).
  • Knowledge of Visual Studio Code and Postman for development and testing.
  • Experience creating testing documentation using MS Word and Excel.
  • Proficiency in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and IM tools (Slack, MS
  • Teams).
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and accountability.
  • Teamwork and time management skills in a remote and collaborative
  • environment.
  • Familiarity with Kanban methodologies.
