About the job

As an IT Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting technical operations, managing ACM tools and platforms, and ensuring smooth integration across systems. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot  issues, document processes, and contribute to the development and maintenance of mobile applications. This role requires a blend of scripting knowledge, cloud platform experience, and strong communication skills to support a dynamic and collaborative environment.

What will you do?

  • Develop and maintain scripts for automation and data handling using Python and other scripting languages.
  • Manage and manipulate JSON files for configuration.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation using Markdown and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Utilize regular expressions for data parsing and validation tasks.
  • Operate within Unix-based environments and use terminal commands for system management.
  • Support and troubleshoot issues within CRMs like Oracle and platforms such as Google Cloud and Google Play Console.
  • Use tools like Visual Studio Code and Postman for development and API testing.
  • Collaborate using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and IM platforms (Slack, MS Teams).
  • Participate in Kanban-based workflows to manage tasks and priorities.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver solutions.
  • Demonstrate accountability and time management in a remote work setting.

Qualifications

  • General scripting or coding experience, with basic proficiency in Python.
  • Familiarity with JSON file structures and manipulation.
  • Experience using Markdown for documentation.
  • Understanding of regular expressions and their application.
  • Proficiency in using terminals and Unix-based systems.
  • Hands-on experience with CRMs (e.g., Oracle) and cloud platforms (Google Cloud, Google Play Console).
  • Knowledge of Visual Studio Code and Postman for development and testing.
  • Experience creating testing documentation using MS Word and Excel.
  • Proficiency in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and IM tools (Slack, MS Teams).
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and accountability.
  • Teamwork and time management skills in a remote and collaborative environment.
  • Familiarity with Kanban methodologies.
  • Experience working in a technical support or IT operations role.
  • Exposure to agile environments and cross-functional collaboration.
