As an IT Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting technical operations, managing ACM tools and platforms, and ensuring smooth integration across systems. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, document processes, and contribute to the development and maintenance of mobile applications. This role requires a blend of scripting knowledge, cloud platform experience, and strong communication skills to support a dynamic and collaborative environment.
What will you do?
- Develop and maintain scripts for automation and data handling using Python and other scripting languages.
- Manage and manipulate JSON files for configuration.
- Create and maintain technical documentation using Markdown and Microsoft Office tools.
- Utilize regular expressions for data parsing and validation tasks.
- Operate within Unix-based environments and use terminal commands for system management.
- Support and troubleshoot issues within CRMs like Oracle and platforms such as Google Cloud and Google Play Console.
- Use tools like Visual Studio Code and Postman for development and API testing.
- Collaborate using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and IM platforms (Slack, MS Teams).
- Participate in Kanban-based workflows to manage tasks and priorities.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver solutions.
- Demonstrate accountability and time management in a remote work setting.
Qualifications
- General scripting or coding experience, with basic proficiency in Python.
- Familiarity with JSON file structures and manipulation.
- Experience using Markdown for documentation.
- Understanding of regular expressions and their application.
- Proficiency in using terminals and Unix-based systems.
- Hands-on experience with CRMs (e.g., Oracle) and cloud platforms (Google Cloud, Google Play Console).
- Knowledge of Visual Studio Code and Postman for development and testing.
- Experience creating testing documentation using MS Word and Excel.
- Proficiency in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and IM tools (Slack, MS Teams).
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and accountability.
- Teamwork and time management skills in a remote and collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with Kanban methodologies.
- Experience working in a technical support or IT operations role.
