We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who is passionate about improving software design, collaborating effectively with peers, and communicating clearly with cross-functional stakeholders. 

This role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications and systems to meet business requirements. The ideal candidate is a self-driven engineer with hands-on experience in enterprise programming languages such as C#, Java, or TypeScript, and familiarity with cloud-native development. 

• Implement software development best practices, including code reviews, unit testing, and  CI/CD. 
• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications. 
• Apply knowledge of computer systems, architecture, and system design. • Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. 
• Develop and maintain secure applications, ensuring data protection and system integrity. • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. 
• Translate requirements into technical specifications, flowcharts, and diagrams.
• Create documentation such as technical guides, manuals, and algorithms. • Work closely with QA teams to ensure software quality. 
• Provide support and mentorship to peers when needed. 
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 
• 1–3 years of experience as a Software Engineer. 
• Experience with C# / .NET or similar enterprise frameworks (Java, Python also accepted). 
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Next.js (TypeScript preferred). 
• Basic experience with REST APIs. 
• Basic knowledge of AWS (S3, Lambda, EC2). 
• Experience working with relational databases (SQL).
• Experience querying data using AWS Athena or similar tools. 
• Familiarity with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps). 
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). 
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence). 
• Experience participating in code reviews. 
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks. 

Nice to Have 

• Experience in the Healthcare industry (e.g., cancer, genetics). 
• Experience working in regulated industries. 
• Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB). 
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools (Copilot, Claude).
