We are seeking for an IT Manager to lead a team of Business Analysts and Test Analysts within an Enterprise Applications team responsible for delivering projects. Must be a natural leader with hands-on experience of managing dedicated Analyst and Test teams in a multi-national / multi-application setting.
The candidate must have a solid understanding of end-to-end SDLC processes, ideally with experience in at least two of the following functions: Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, or Customer Service.Must be a self-starter with proven 5+ years IT management experience. The role will report to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Applications, and be responsible for a team of around 10 staff plus varying numbers of consultants.
Required Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have:
- Significant IT Management experience gained through hands-on leadership of both BA and Test teams
- Significant experience with enterprise-level application development projects and working with multi-discipline, globally distributed teams
- Strong strategic thinking skills; understands business needs and brings proactive solutions to the team
- Experience of developing business analysis models with associated use of tools and templates
- Experience of developing test management models with associated use of tools and templates
- An understanding of Order-to-Cash business processes and supporting systems
- Experience with Agile and Hybrid methodologies
- 5+ years of experience in an IT Leadership role
- 3+ years experience of being a Senior Business Analyst OR Senior Test resource
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with enterprise CRMs and ERP systems
- Hands-on experience using JIRA or equivalent
- Medical device and/or pharmaceutical experience ideal
